Art of Self-defence
"System of self-defence, health gymnastics, or way of spiritual perfection?" - you will ask. It is impossible to divide the art of self-defence into sections: battle, spiritual or health-improvement, it's the system, where these aspects are mixed and make a single whole. Therefore, engaging in the system, you develop comprehensively.
The system is the display of all natural processes and control above them. In respect of battle aspect, in an order to protect the life you don't need to apply some special physical efforts, it's enough efforts of opponent which sets temp. That's why even the weak person can defend oneself from a prepotent opponent.

From old times Okinawa is an universal ground, for creation of maximally effective art of fight of the unarmed man. OKINAWA TE became such art. In sea spaces, on the middle of way between the Chinese island Taiwan and the Japanese island Kyusyu, in 800 kilometres from a mainland the garland of small islands was stretched, such islands like an archipelago of Ryukyu (Nansey), its area is only 2,5 thousands apt. km and almost a half is on the greatest island - Okinawa.
Self-defence Without a Weapon. Judo (japan., ju - "gentle", do - "way") is philosophy, sport and art of war, givings birth in Japan and becomings popular in the whole world. Ju-jitsu served basis of judo, basic rules and principles of trainings and holding events were formulated Kano Jigoro. The date of birth is consider the day of foundation of the first school of judo in 1882 by Kano.
Aikido is the Japanese martial art, created by Morihei Ueshiba (which is often named by «O-Sensey» or «Great Teacher»). At cleanly physical level is an art, including in itself throws and pain controls, taken from jujitsu, and also techniques with a weapon, taken from Kenjutsu and Sojucu. The techniques of Aikido consist not of that beat opponents hands or feet, and rather in that, using their own energy, take them under control and cast aside from itself. Aikido is not a static art, it does a large accent on motion and dynamics.
